Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
  • It's worth noting that press-on nails are considered a personal care item and are subject to health regulations, so items are not accepted for returns or refunds for hygienic reasons.
  • Before making a purchase, please make sure that you have carefully reviewed the item's description and any available photos.
  • We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping them to ensure that they are in good condition.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the artist has not begun processing the order.
  • Changes to the design can be made without charge prior to the artist commencing the designing process. Changes accepted include:
    • Change of design (the design itself, not the Tier)
    • Change of nail sizes
    • Change of shapes/lengths
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping Policy

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $180 with code 'FREESHIP'.
  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks (variable).
  • We currently do not ship to international addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and will be charged for any additional costs incurred (including free Lettermail shipping)  due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as shipped on Big Cartel.
