- All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- It's worth noting that press-on nails are considered a personal care item and are subject to health regulations, so items are not accepted for returns or refunds for hygienic reasons.
- Before making a purchase, please make sure that you have carefully reviewed the item's description and any available photos.
- We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping them to ensure that they are in good condition.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the artist has not begun processing the order.
- Changes to the design can be made without charge prior to the artist commencing the designing process. Changes accepted include:
- Change of design (the design itself, not the Tier)
- Change of nail sizes
- Change of shapes/lengths
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery for assistance.
Shipping Policy
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $180 with code 'FREESHIP'.
- Orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks (variable).
- We currently do not ship to international addresses.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and will be charged for any additional costs incurred (including free Lettermail shipping) due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as shipped on Big Cartel.
